Sound signaling
device SZEV is intended for supply of a preventive sound signal
from mine electric locomotives, on conveyer line, at loading
and unloading and exchange stations, from rope haulage and
in other cases where preventive signaling is required.

Signaling devices are determined for work in coal and staple mines
and pits, which have a dangerous content of gas and dust.
They can be used instead
of signaling devices ÑÇÄ-1.1Ì, ÑÑÓ-2.1Ì, ÑÇÂ-1 and other, which
are used nowadays or are taken off the production. All the exterior
circuits of signaling device are intrinsically safe. In the signaling
device the protection of exterior circuits from short circuit is
presupposed. Permissibility of the signaling device is provided
by a kind of explosion-proof “explosion-proof casing” under ÃÎÑÒ
22782.6-81 and is reached by means of placement of electric parts
into the casing, which stands the pressure of explosion inside it
and excludes transition of explosion into environment.
Average error-free running
time is not less than 12000 h with the temperature of 25 C. Average
lifetime taking into account conduction of recovery work is not
less than 7 years. Performance is under ÃÎÑÒ 12.2.020-76 for group
of application PB1B.
